Welcome to Rento. By using our website, platform, or services, you ("Customer" or "Lessee") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern the rental of event equipment from Rento ("Company" or "Lessor") and are intended to protect the interests of both parties. Please read them carefully.

1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms apply to all rentals made through the Rento platform, regardless of location or customer type.

1.2 Rento reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.

1.3 By placing an order, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

1.4 All communication, documentation, and transactions related to orders and services may be recorded or archived for quality, legal, and auditing purposes.

1.5 The Customer is responsible for reviewing these Terms before making any order.

2. Rental Scope and Process

2.1 The Customer must select rental equipment, event date, and pickup/return times during the ordering process. These selections will apply to all items in the same order.

2.2 Rental is confirmed upon full payment or via an approved credit limit.

2.3 Each order requires identical rental periods for all items. If different dates are needed, separate orders must be placed.

2.4 Rento reserves the right to refuse any booking request.

2.5 Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility of selected equipment with their venue setup, power supply, or third-party systems.

2.6 Misuse of the online platform (e.g. false reservations, manipulation of stock availability) will result in permanent suspension.

3. Payment and Deposit

3.1 All payments must be made in full at checkout, unless the Customer has an approved credit arrangement with Rento.

3.2 A refundable deposit is included in each rental and covers potential damage, loss, or late returns. Deposits are returned within 2–7 business days after inspection.

3.3 If damage, loss, or lateness occurs, Rento reserves the right to withhold part or all of the deposit and invoice any additional charges.

3.4 All prices are in SAR and include VAT where applicable.

3.5 A Customer with an approved credit line must settle outstanding balances before initiating new orders.

3.6 Delays in payment settlement may result in suspension of services or legal action.

4. Cancellation and Modification

4.1 Booking cancellations must be made at least 144 hours (6 days) before delivery or pickup for a full refund.

4.2 Changes to bookings (such as time or item swaps) must be requested at least 96 hours (4 days) in advance.

4.3 Rento reserves the right to refuse changes due to availability or operational constraints.

4.4 No refunds or modifications will be honored after the minimum notification period.

4.5 Cancellations initiated by Rento due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, equipment failure) will be refunded fully without liability for indirect losses.

5. Delivery and Pickup

5.1 Delivery and pickup are available for an additional fee and must be selected during checkout.
